Refund is not our idea, we are looking for the best quality of every item on this website. However, you are able to request for a refund if the design is damaged completely and it can’t be solved. We gladly accept returns and exchanges if you contact us within 3 days of delivery and the digital item couldn’t be applied into the software or machine as its description or couldn’t be fixed. We don’t accept cancellations, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

Besides, I’d love to have some suggestions for every customer. We can exchange to another item and or customize the file if the file is broken, missed any single part, or it’s not working as the general standards. We’ll try to resolve the mistake or complete your ideas.
